Spreading Holiday Cheer!!
The Danville Firefighters Association in cooperation with Roachdale FD, Bainbridge FD, Floyd Twp. FD, and Operation Life of Putnam County helped spread a little holiday cheer to a family that were victims of a house fire. See below for more details.

On December 12 2010 fire companies from Putnam County, Danville, and Mill Creek responded to a house fire in the 2700 block of CR 275 N in Putnam County. Despite the efforts of all the firefighters the house was a total loss. The family was not home at the time of the fire, but lost their home and all possessions that were in it. With help from the Danville Firefighters Association, Roachdale FD, Bainbridge FD, Floyd Twp. FD, Ladoga FD, Operation Life of Putnam County, and Zionsville FD we were able to gather donations to help the family, and give their 6 year old daughter a special visit from Santa Clause.We would like to give a special thanks to everyone who made donations.
