Open Burning
Open Burning is permitted under certain conditions within the town of Danville, as permitted by Indiana State Law. The Danville Fire Department STRONGLY recommends that if burning takes place to use EXTREME CAUTION. The State provides guidelines on open burning that the Danville Fire Department follows.
